Class Format

A comprehensive view of our formats includes:

  • Strength Training: Rip, Killer A’s

Circuit training is an intense, full-body workout that combines resistance training with aerobic exercise. When it comes to getting lean and mean in a hurry, it’s one of the most effective types of exercise programs.


Tabata is a type of high intensive interval training that involves 4 minute strength and cardio intervals. Each interval consists of 20 second intervals of all out intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest. They cycle is repeated 8 times. The class will incorporate several of these intervals preceded by a warm-up and finishing with a cool down and stretching at the end. This is an intense and effective workout for ultimate cardio and fat burning.

Pilates Barre Fusion

It’s the latest fitness craze! Lift your seat, tone your thighs, tighten your abs and sculpt your arms! T his class incorporates standing Barre Pilates exercises and utilizes light hand weights and small equipment to develop long and lean muscles!

Pilates Mat

Controlled movements strengthen and define the abs, glutes, legs and back.  Work the small deep muscles of the core to provide more core strength, better balance and coordination while greatly improving posture.


Experience the ultimate indoor cycling journey for cardio conditioning. Work at your own level while being motivated by awesome instructors.

Spin Sanity

Anything can go in this class. Mostly on the bike but could get off the bike for some quick intense cardio or muscle drills.

Triple Fit

*Lower Body w/cardio *Upper Body *Core (abs & back) Simple moves, each performed for short duration: 40 seconds base move, 30 seconds little higher intensity, 20 seconds as HARD as YOU can! Full body workout! No choreography, work at your own level. Blast the fat! Get stronger! Everyone loves Triple Fit.

*Open Youth Speed and Agility: Fit Stop is happy to assist and offer the youth athletes with their Speed and Agility workouts. Fit Stop’s trainers will work with athletes both inside and outside. Prices may vary check your gym’s schedule for dates and prices.

Yoga Group


This class is for ALL levels. Need a time out to de-stress? Explore different asanas (poses) to increases flexibility, improve posture, reduce back pain, strengthen core muscles and feel better! Improve your core. Class ends with a 5-7 minute relaxation.


It’s the latest dance craze sweeping across the nation that promises to be so much fun that you won’t even realize you’re working out! Fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves, Zumba is a one of a kind dance class designed to burn calories and gets the energy pumping!
